What documents are required

Below is a list of required documents for applying for the D12 visa, all documents must be scanned with good resolution.
1. Passport valid for at least 6 (six) months (for holders of travel documents other than passports such as emergency passports, documents of identity, etc. must be valid for 12 months).
2. Personal bank statement with minimum amount USD $5000 or equivalent the last 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account).
3. A recent color photograph.
4. Information/invitations/correspondence from government agency or private institution explaining the relationship with applicants.

How is the process

You are required to have a registered guarantor in the government if you want to process multiple entries of D12 visa application. Upload all prepared documents until your visa payment billing is issued. The document verification process takes 5-10 working days from the time your visa payment is made. Remember, do not make any mistakes in the data or documents you upload, as visa rejection will not refund your payment.

With D12 Visa you can?

a. Conducting activities related to start a business, including but not limited to field surveys and/or feasibility studies.
b. Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.

You must

a. Comply with laws and regulations.
b. Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom.
c. Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.

Visa duration and length of stay

Visas are issued for a period of 1 or 2 years and start from the date of exit and a period of 180 days is calculated from the date of arrival. You can stay on this visa for 180 days at a time.

* Please note that the visa can be extended if you have more than 180 days until the expiration date.

Prohibitions of using this visa

a. Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
b. You are prohibited from selling goods or services.
c. You are prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
