The Remote Worker ITAS (E33G) is available to foreign nationals who wish to live in Indonesia while carrying out work for a company established outside Indonesia. The permitted stay is subject to the applicable immigration requirements and the validity period granted under the E33G visa.

Stay

With this visa you CAN
- Carry out assignments from overseas company.
- Bring eligible family to live in Indonesia.
- Travel to and from Indonesia as long as your permit is valid.
- Conduct activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
With this visa, you CAN NOT
- Stay in Indonesia after your visa expires.
- Sell goods or services.
- Receive compensation, wages, or similar from Indonesian companies or entities.
Visa Validity
- This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
Document Requirements
- Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
- A recent colour photograph.
- A personal bank statement showing a minimum equivalent amount of USD $2000. The statement must cover the last 3 months and include your name, the date, and the account balance.
- Proof of annual income of an amount equivalent to 60,000 USD.
- Remote worker employment contract with overseas company.
- Certificate of incorporation of employing company.
