What documents are required

Below is a list of required documents for applying for the E33G visa, all documents must be scanned with good resolution.

  1. Passport valid for at least 6 (six) months.
  2. Personal bank statement with minimum amount USD $2000 or equivalent the last 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account).
  3. Recent photograph.
  4. Bank account that proves income in the form of salary or income worth at least US$60,000 per year;
  5. Employment contract with a company established outside the Indonesian Territory.
How is the process

The initial stage of visa application submission at the Directorate General of Immigration involves the verification of completeness of requirements, followed by immigration fee payment verification, then profile creation and verification, and finally approval and issuance of the visa. If the official immigration website indicates a 4 working day processing time, the actual processing time from start to visa issuance typically requires 10-15 working days.

With E33G Visa you can?
  1. Carry out assignments from overseas company.
  2. Bring eligible family to live in Indonesia.
  3. Travel to and from Indonesia.
  4. Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
  5. Reside in Indonesia for 1 year
  6. Travel in and out of the country
  7. Bring family to Indonesia
  8. Open a bank account
You must
  1. Comply with laws and regulations.
  2. Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom.
  3. Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.
Visa duration and length of stay

This visa must be used to enter Indonesia within a maximum of 90 days from the date of issue. Upon your initial arrival in Indonesia using this visa, you will be granted a 1 year stay period, during which you are free to enter and exit Indonesia.

Prohibitions of using this visa
  1. Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
  2. In addition to the electronic limited stay permit, the limited stay permit also has a physical card available at the immigration office.
  3. You are prohibited from selling goods or services.
  4. You are prohibited from working by receiving compensation, wages, or any similar from individuals or companies in Indonesia.
