Plan Ahead: Important Announcement for Visa Applicants

As the significant religious holidays approach, we would like to inform you about the temporary closure of visa processing services during the Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr holidays. We understand that travel planning is essential, and we want to ensure you have all the necessary information to avoid delays in your visa application.

Closure Dates

Visa processing services will be closed on the following dates:

  • 📅 March 28, 2025 (Friday) – Joint Leave for Nyepi (Saka Year 1947)
  • 📅 April 2–7, 2025 (Wednesday–Monday) – Public Holiday & Joint Leave for Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr 1446 H

During this period, we would like to remind you that Visa Exemption and Visa on Arrival (VOA) services will still be available for travelers in need. This is an opportunity for those who wish to travel without waiting for lengthy visa processing.

Visa Application Process

For those planning to apply for a visa, it is important to note that applications submitted on March 27, 2025 (Thursday) will begin processing on April 8, 2025 (Tuesday). We highly recommend submitting your visa application early to avoid delays and ensure a smooth travel experience.

Why Planning is Important

Good planning is key to a successful trip. By knowing the closure dates, you can better schedule your visa application timing. This will not only reduce stress but also give you more time to prepare for your trip, including arranging accommodations, transportation, and activities you wish to undertake.
