1. Need an Indonesian Passport?

Whether you’re traveling for business, study, or leisure, Azra Solutions provides comprehensive assistance with Indonesian passport applications. We’re here to ensure the process is hassle-free.

2. Get Your E-Passport with Ease

Azra Solutions offers both E-passport options, featuring a biometric data chip for added security. This technology enables faster processing and enhanced identity protection, making it an excellent choice for frequent travelers.

3. E-Passport Pricing

We provide two options for E-passport application processing:

  • Regular Service: IDR 1,600,000
  • Priority Service: IDR 2,900,000 (Same-day processing)

With these choices, you can decide based on how soon you need your passport.

4. Processing Time

  • Regular Processing: Up to 14 business days
  • Priority Processing: 1 business day (for same-day service, biometric registration must be completed early in the day)

Our priority service is ideal if you need your passport urgently, as it expedites the process significantly.

5. Document Requirements for Adults

To apply for an Indonesian passport, you’ll need to prepare these documents:

  • Original Birth Certificate or the latest Educational Certificate
  • Original Family Card (Kartu Keluarga)
  • Original Indonesian ID Card (KTP)
  • Domicile Letter (If your ID is not from Bali; additional costs may apply if you don’t have this document)

Having these documents ready can streamline the process and avoid delays.

6. Document Requirements for Children

For children’s passport applications, you’ll need the following documents:

  • Parents’ Original ID Cards
  • Original Family Card
  • Birth Certificate
  • Parents’ Marriage or Divorce Certificate
  • Copy of Parents’ Passport (if available)

These requirements ensure that the application is complete and adheres to Indonesian regulations.

7. Additional Supporting Documents

In some cases, additional documents may be required based on the purpose of travel:

  • Tourism: Employment Letter or Student ID Card
  • Employment: Recommendation letter from the Manpower Department

These documents help establish the purpose of travel and can expedite approval in certain cases.
