Visa Validity

• This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.

Document Requirements

• Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
• A recent color photograph.
• A personal bank statement showing a minimum equivalent amount of USD $2000. The statement must cover the last 3 months and include your name, the date, and the account balance.
• Birth certificate translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator
• Parent’s marriage certificate or Marriage book or marriage certificate issued by the competent ministry or institution (if the wedding ceremony was held in Indonesian territory).
• ID card and Family card (KK) of the Indonesian father/mother.
