Bagaimana Proses Persetujuan Visa Online

Azra Solution,Banten –Selama epidemi, Indonesia mulai mengeluarkan visa elektronik atau e-visa. Kini orang asing bisa mendapatkan visa melalui email tanpa perlu mengeluarkan visa di KBRI Bern. Untuk mengajukan e-Visa, setiap orang asing harus memiliki sponsor di Indonesia.

Permohonan e-Visa harus diajukan oleh sponsor asing di Indonesia melalui website visa-online.imigration.go.id. Jika aplikasi disetujui, orang asing akan menerima visa elektronik melalui email.

Dokumen visa elektronik berlaku untuk perjalanan luar negeri ke Indonesia tanpa dokumen tambahan dari perwakilan Indonesia. Selain memiliki e-Visa, WNA juga harus mematuhi ketentuan protokol kesehatan dan menyiapkan beberapa dokumen terkait selama masa pandemi, yaitu:

  • Memiliki surat keterangan sehat dari otoritas setempat dan hasil tes PCR negatif COVID-19 paling lambat 7 hari sebelum kedatangan di Indonesia;
  • Memiliki surat pernyataan niat untuk melakukan isolasi mandiri (wajib atau mandiri) sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, dan bersedia dipantau oleh otoritas kesehatan setempat;

  • Memiliki asuransi kesehatan yang dapat membayar biaya pengobatan COVID-19 selama berada di Indonesia, atau surat pernyataan bersedia membayar biaya pengobatan COVID-19 selama berada di Indonesia.

Menurut Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia Nomor 26 Tahun 2020 tentang Visa dan Izin Tinggal Masa Penyesuaian Kepabeanan Baru (Permenkumham 26/2020), kategori orang asing yang dapat masuk ke Indonesia adalah:

1. Visa layanan;

2. Visa diplomatik;

3. Visa kunjungan;

4. Visa tinggal terbatas;

5. Izin tinggal resmi;

6. Izin tinggal diplomatik;

7. Izin tinggal terbatas; dan

8. Izin tinggal tetap.

Additional Requirements for Non-Indonesian Applicants

Applicants from these following countries/territories below will be required to come himself/herself to apply visa application at the Royal Thai Embassy in Jakarta.

Applicants from South Asian Countries (Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka) must provide additional documents as follows;
1. 3 application forms, 3 photographs and 3 sets of supporting documents
2. Requires a copy of Temporary Resident Permit (KITAS) or Permanent Resident Permit (KITAP)
3. Evidence of accommodation in Thailand and travel itinerary
4. Letter of employment/enrollment from company or university/school (if applicable)
5. The visa process will take at least 1 week

Applicants from some African Countries (Algeria, Cameroon, Central African Republic, DR Congo, Republic of Congo, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana, Guinea, Libya, Liberia, Nigeria, São Tomé and Príncipe, Sierra Leone, Somalia, and Sudan)
1. 3 application forms, 3 photographs and 3 sets of supporting documents
2. Requires a copy of Temporary Resident Permit (KITAS) or Permanent Resident Permit (KITAP)
3. Evidence of accommodation in Thailand and travel itinerary
4. Letter of employment/enrollment from company or university/school (if applicable)
5. The visa process will take at least 1 week
*Applicants from Nigeria are required to give a “Certificate of Clearance” issued by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency of Nigeria (NDLEA) that has been legalized by Nigeria MFA and the Royal Thai Embassy in Abuja, dated within 6 months

Applicants from other African Countries (Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burundi, Cape Verde, Chad, Cote d’Ivore, Djibouti, Gambia, Kenya, Malawi, Mali, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Togo, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Madagascar, Mozambique, Guinea Bissau, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Swaziland, Burkina Faso, Eritrea, Gabon, Comoros, Lesotho, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, and South Sudan)
1. Requires a copy of Temporary Resident Permit (KITAS) or Permanent Resident Permit (KITAP)

Applicants from Middle Eastern Countries (Lebanon, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Syria, and Yemen)
1. 3 application forms, 3 photographs and 3 sets of supporting documents
2. Requires a copy of Temporary Resident Permit (KITAS) or Permanent Resident Permit (KITAP)
3. Evidence of accommodation in Thailand and travel itinerary
4. Letter of employment/enrollment from company or university/school (if applicable)
5. Police Record issued by the Indonesian National Police
6. The visa process will take at least 1 week

Applicants from China must provide additional documents as follows;
1. 4 application forms, 4 photographs and 4 sets of supporting documents
2. Evidence of accommodation in Thailand and travel itinerary
3. Letter of employment/enrollment from company or university/school (if applicable)
4. The visa process will take 1-2 week

Applicants from Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq and DPRK must apply in person and provide additional documents as follows;
1. 4 application forms, 4 photographs and 4 sets of supporting documents
2. Requires a copy of Temporary Resident Permit (KITAS) or Permanent Resident Permit (KITAP)
3. Evidence of accommodation in Thailand and travel itinerary
4. Letter of employment/enrollment from company or university/school (if applicable)
5. Police Record issued by the Indonesian National Police
6. The visa process will take approximately 4-6 weeks

Applicants from the following countries are required to present yellow fever vaccination certificate:
