How About ITAS 1 Year –

Limited Stay Visas Index 313 and 314 are limited stay entry permits for foreigners with the intention of not working, but to make foreign investment for a maximum of 1 year (ITAS 313) and 2 years (ITAS 314). Applying for an Investor VISA with an index of 313 or 314 may take longer because the issuance requires the approval of the Director General of Immigration

  • Company deed and SK Ratification from KEMENKUMHAM
  • NIB (Business Registration Number) or TDP
  • Business permit
  • Location Permit or Business Domicile
  • NPWP Company
  • Company statement for the last 3 (three) months.
  • KTP or passport of the Director as the person in charge.
  • HRD ID card as applicant.
  • Letter of application and guarantee.

A foreign investor can apply for this visa by attaching a valid passport that is still valid for at least:

  • 18 (eighteen) months for those who will invest, or live in the territory of Indonesia for a maximum period of 1 (one) year
  • Scan the color of a valid national passport that is still valid for a minimum of 18 (eighteen) months.
  • Residential address in Indonesia.

*All payment transactions performed will be converted to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)

Additional Requirements for Non-Indonesian Applicants

Applicants from these following countries/territories below will be required to come himself/herself to apply visa application at the Royal Thai Embassy in Jakarta.

Applicants from South Asian Countries (Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka) must provide additional documents as follows;
1. 3 application forms, 3 photographs and 3 sets of supporting documents
2. Requires a copy of Temporary Resident Permit (KITAS) or Permanent Resident Permit (KITAP)
3. Evidence of accommodation in Thailand and travel itinerary
4. Letter of employment/enrollment from company or university/school (if applicable)
5. The visa process will take at least 1 week

Applicants from some African Countries (Algeria, Cameroon, Central African Republic, DR Congo, Republic of Congo, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana, Guinea, Libya, Liberia, Nigeria, São Tomé and Príncipe, Sierra Leone, Somalia, and Sudan)
1. 3 application forms, 3 photographs and 3 sets of supporting documents
2. Requires a copy of Temporary Resident Permit (KITAS) or Permanent Resident Permit (KITAP)
3. Evidence of accommodation in Thailand and travel itinerary
4. Letter of employment/enrollment from company or university/school (if applicable)
5. The visa process will take at least 1 week
*Applicants from Nigeria are required to give a “Certificate of Clearance” issued by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency of Nigeria (NDLEA) that has been legalized by Nigeria MFA and the Royal Thai Embassy in Abuja, dated within 6 months

Applicants from other African Countries (Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burundi, Cape Verde, Chad, Cote d’Ivore, Djibouti, Gambia, Kenya, Malawi, Mali, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Togo, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Madagascar, Mozambique, Guinea Bissau, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Swaziland, Burkina Faso, Eritrea, Gabon, Comoros, Lesotho, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, and South Sudan)

2. Requires a copy of Temporary Resident Permit (KITAS) or Permanent Resident Permit (KITAP)
3. Evidence of accommodation in Thailand and travel itinerary
4. Letter of employment/enrollment from company or university/school (if applicable)
5. Police Record issued by the Indonesian National Police
6. The visa process will take at least 1 week

Applicants from China must provide additional documents as follows;
1. 4 application forms, 4 photographs and 4 sets of supporting documents
2. Evidence of accommodation in Thailand and travel itinerary
3. Letter of employment/enrollment from company or university/school (if applicable)
4. The visa process will take 1-2 week

Applicants from Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq and DPRK must apply in person and provide additional documents as follows;
1. 4 application forms, 4 photographs and 4 sets of supporting documents
2. Requires a copy of Temporary Resident Permit (KITAS) or Permanent Resident Permit (KITAP)
3. Evidence of accommodation in Thailand and travel itinerary
4. Letter of employment/enrollment from company or university/school (if applicable)
5. Police Record issued by the Indonesian National Police
6. The visa process will take approximately 4-6 weeks

Applicants from the following countries are required to present yellow fever vaccination certificate:
